Good news!  Homes on Charter has plans to help home sellers promote and sell their property easier than ever.  The plans are designed to expand your reach outside of St. Louis while still targeting prospective buyers locally.  You can view the plans online.

• One rate covers up to 3 properties.
• Sponsorship links and a copy of your listing are included in our Ultimate Plan.
• An economy or basic plan is available.

Homes on Charter listing plans include online distribution, TV promotion, and On Demand availability.  We now deliver our listings to over 200 web sites.  The Real Estate Show is one of St. Louis’ longest running TV programs.  Charter’s On Demand allows digital cable subscribers to view listings using their remote control.

For many years, St. Louis has counted on Charter cable to broadcast the latest real estate listings on TV.  We’ve continued to provide this service, airing homes for sale on two cable TV channels.  We’re pleased to communicate that after many months, the Real Estate Show is returning to St. Louis in the month of January.  Starting on January 19, Charter cable customers can now view listings Monday through Saturday at noon on CCIN, Charter cable channel 3 or 8.

So what’s changing?  In actuality, not much.  As a seller, your listings will still appear on CCIN.  However, there are now more options to customize your listing in the show and the places in which to air it.  Charter is also beefing up its promotion of the show.  Our new web site is just one of our efforts to drive more prospective buyers to local and area homes for sale.
